Our 5 Days/ 4 Nights Bwindi Gorilla Trekking & Queen Elizabeth Park Safari is an adventure that combines Bwindi Impenetrable National Park- the home of Mountain Gorillas, wildlife viewing, and scenery of Queen Elizabeth Park in Uganda.
Our Uganda Safari takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable forest national park where you will be highly inspired by the sight of the giant mountain gorillas. Later you will continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park – the world’s most bio-diversity wildlife sanctuary featuring climbing lions, leopards, hippos, elephants, buffaloes not forgetting the beautiful launch cruise along the Kazinga channel.
Queen Elizabeth national park is Uganda’s most scenic and diverse park. It is also the second biggest national park occupying close to 1,978 square kilometers. Queen Elizabeth national park is a world biosphere reserve with fresh wetland site.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park is home to over 326 gorillas, accommodating almost a half of the world’s population of mountain gorillas. A tour to this park enables get up close and personal with the rare species.

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe international – Visit to Uganda Wildlife Education Center (Former Entebbe Zoo)
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative and company driver for Meet and greet – briefings about the package and Uganda at large – later take you to Uganda Wildlife Education center to see the big fives of Africa; Lion, Elephants, Buffaloes, Leopard, Rhinos apart from those you also see Cheetahs and ostriches from a closer distance to take a clear photos of them transfer to Kampala for your dinner and overnight hotel.
NB, all the activities of this day will highly depend on the time you arrive at Entebbe international Airport.

Day 2: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - Cultural Entertainment)
Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – morning Gorilla Trekking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth through Ishasha sector
After an early morning breakfast and guide briefing, set off for your gorilla trekking in the forests of Bwindi. This Park is best known for the fascinating gorillas, where the time taken to find them and terrain varies according to the movements of these marvelous primates. The trekking time is unpredictable.
Though the time spent to trek down these Gorillas is unpredictable, the thrill of spending time and observing these gentle giant gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure that will leave you with long lasting memories of a truly unique experience. The gorillas are shy and peaceful animals and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they play and interact.
A packed lunch, drinking water will be carried along as you track, comfortable boots or sturdy shoes, as well a light rain jacket are also important due to the unpredictable weather of Bwindi Impenetrable forest.
Walking sticks will be available from the park rangers. For conservation purposes, time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour.
The ranger guide always briefs you on how to behave with these gentle giants. Later after the magical gorilla trekking transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park through sector with an evening game drive en- route that will reward you with views of the amazing tree climbing lions then proceed to check in at your lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth national park - Morning Game Drive – Afternoon boat cruise – Evening game drive basically to search for the big predators of the park
After your morning breakfast, Embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi track and Queens mile in the park and expect to see Lions, Elephants, Cape buffalo, Warthogs, leopard, hyena, mangoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, Topi and lots of many small animals and birds. Return to the lodge for your lunch, relaxation and later depart to enjoy the unique afternoon 2-hour launch cruise on Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward this cruise will take you to high concentration of hippos and basks of the Nile crocodile.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Morning chimp trekking at Kalinzu forest reserve – Transfer to Kampala via Fort portal
After your breakfast you will set off for Kalinzu forest to search for the man’s closest relatives Chimpanzee but during the trek you will come across many more primates and other small animals later Drive to Kampala through the beautiful Fort Portal route. You first stop point will be Fort portal for lunch. Fort Portal is a land of Crater lakes, hills, and irresistible sceneries, with the giant Rwenzori Mountains evidently punctuating the skyline’s background - the Mountains of the moon.
Proceed to Entebbe arriving in the evening to catch an evening flight. Travel time from Queen Elizabeth to Kampala is about 7-9 Hours.
