Day 1: Arrival
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative and brief you on the trip. Dinner and over night at hotel triangle FB
Day 2: Visit to Lubiri Palace
You will visit the kabaka’s main palace located in Mengo,you will find the totems of the 52 clans of Buganda. A rich history of the Kingdom will be availed to you.Dinner and over night at hotel triangle FB
Day 3: Visit to Kasubi Tombs
After breakfast, start with a visit to the Kasubi tombs; a royal burial ground for the kings (Kabakas) of Buganda kingdom. The remains of four former Buganda kings: Mutesa 1, Mwanga 2, DaudiChwa 2, and Edward Mutesa 2 are found here. After lunch proceed to Katereke prison ditch and Wamala tombs.Dinner and overnight at Grand global kikoni FB
Day 4: Religious Tour
After breakfast, start with the Uganda museum, Bahai temple which is the only temple in Africa of the Bahai faith then visit the Uganda Marty’s shrine at Namugongo. This is a place where many Christians were burnt to death because of their faith; continue to Ndere troupe center for the whole day to be entertained with different traditional dances from various cultures of Uganda. Day 4: Kampala-Jinja
After breakfast at the hotel you will travel to Jinja passing through an evergreen countryside with natural forest. In Jinja you will visit the source of River Nile the longest river in Africa and the near by Bujjagari Falls with a kilometer of raging White Water.Dinner and over night at Jinja Nile resort FB
Day 7: Tororo Rock Hike
After breakfast, climb the Tororo Rock which is about 4865ft, the hike is very tough but worth it. Return late in the afternoon for lunch and relaxation at your hotel. Overnight and dinner at Prime hotel Tororo FB
Day 6: Mount Elgon Tour
After breakfast, drive to Mbale and visit to beautiful Sipi Falls, on a plateau 1800m above sea level. The Sipi River flows over the foothills of Mount Elgon, forming a spectacular series of waterfalls (some nearly 100m high),In the evening visit the Bagishu local elders who will give you details about their culture especially on circumcision. Day 7 Mbale– Kumi
After breakfast you will to taken to Kumi where you will visit Nyero Rock paintings estimated to be between 700-1000 years old rated one of the finest in East Africa. They consist of three painted caves close to each other. Paintings are in red and white pigmentations. The paintings are said to be the work of hunter-gatherers who lived in the region about 2000 years ago. Overnight and dinner at Mbale Resort
Day 8: Visiting a Karamajong Manyatta
You will visit Karamoja - an arid area in northeastern Uganda inhabited by the Karamajong. These cattle-herding natives are related to the Maasai in Kenya in their dress, language, and ways of life, you will have the rare chance to visit an authentic Karamajong village outside the small town of Kotido.Dinner and over night at Apoka lodge FB
Day 9: Safari in Kidepo
might even be very lucky to spot a leopard or cheetah! You In Kidepo Valley National Park you will find zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions and leopards. This is also the only place in Uganda where you can find the cheetah and ostrich.Kidepo is famous for its lions relaxing on the rocks - a scene which may remind you of a certain Disney film. Day 10: Travel to Gulu
You will face a long, bumpy and dusty drive to, so get ready for the “African Massage!’’ You will take a town drive to see at the beautiful Acholi culture. You will visit Gulu market to witness how market venders do their activities. Dinner and over night at Boma hotel
Day 11: Visit to Murchison Falls National Park
performances.The village is a cluster of traditional thatched huts around a clearing, where villagers gather to escape the midday sun under the shade of a large tree.At dusk, the local cultural groups perform vibrant songs and dances around the campfires of local lodges, accompanied by the beautiful sound of the adungu. Day 12: Murchision to Kampala
After breakfast in the morning, travel back to Kampala with lunch en route. Arrive late afternoon relax, as you wait for Dinner and overnight hotel triangle (FB).
Day 13: Visit to BigoByamugenyi cultural site
You will visit bigobyamugenyi which is believed to be the historical site for the Chwezi-demi gods,you will see a fenced and well kept site on a slightly raised ground where people go to pray to the Chwezi gods for wealth and blessings. You will be transferred to Masaka for relaxation in your accommodation facility. Dinner and over night at Zebra hotel FB
Day 14:Masaka-Lake Mburo
After breakfast you will travel to Lake Mburo National Park surrounded by the pastoral community grazing the "Ankole Long Horned Cattle" a special kind of cattle endemic to this part of the World. You will enjoy a game drive in Lake Mburo National. You will have a stop over at Igongo cultural center to witness the western cultural background and have lunch. Dinner and overnight Rwonyo Camp/Mantana Camp.
Day 15:Mbarara-Kabale-Kisoro.
After breakfast you will visit a local blacksmith and you will be taken through the stages of how local people fabricate local tools like spears knives and other implements for use in daily life. You will visit a pygmy community on the boarder of Echuya forest. Later continue to Kisoro through a scenic countryside passing with terraced hills with abeautiful scenery and breathtaking views across the valley. Overnight and dinner at Travellers Rest Hotel
Day 16:Visit Local Pygmy Community
You will visit Garama cave measuring 340m in the length and 14m deep where the (Batwa) pygmies used to live more than 100 years ago. You will also have a chance of interacting with the descendants of these fabulous people recount their culture and heritage. Overnight and dinner at Travellers Rest Hotel
Day 17: Gorilla tracking
After a briefing from your ranger guide, begin tracking the mountain gorillas through the ancient Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Keep an eye out for forest species such as buffaloes, elephants, black fronted duikers and bushbucks. After a well-earned lunch back at your accommodation, rest your tired legs and enjoy a view of the forested hillside, or take a restorative massage. Day 18: Kisoro-Queen Elizabeth National Park.
You will travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Kabale passing through an evergreen countryside with natural forests, Tea and banana plantations. Overnight and dinner at Mweya Safari Lodge FB
Day 19: Game Drive-Launch Trip on Kazinga Channel.
Today's activities include a game drive in the kob mating grounds and in the channel track, later a launch trip on Kazinga channel which connects Lake George and Lake Edward. You will also visit the museum at Mweya. The museum has a collection of tools that have been used by man from about 1.5m years ago to the present day. Over night and dinner atMweya safari Lodge
Day 20: Bakonjo Tour and Toro Culture
After breakfast, you will proceed to Kasese town and visit Kilembe to interact with Bakonjo people who live on the slopes of the Rwenzori. After lunch you will visit the Toro Kingdom palace and Karambi tombs; the royal burial grounds for the kings of the Toro Kingdom.Over night and dinner at Fort Motel FB
Day 21: Last Souvenir Shopping
After breakfast, travel back to Kampala, visit craft shops to buy souvenirs for your friends and lovely ones then you will transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
