Day 1: Arrival
Upon your arrival, meet and greet our company representative. You may even exchange your money on this day. You will have either have breakfast or Lunch at Cafe Javas depending on your arrival time. You will have a city tour visiting the famous historical and cultural sites such as Makerere university-oldest university in East and central Africa with the biggest Library in East Africa, Uganda museum, Kasubi Tombs, Uganda martyrs shrine Namugongo and Ndere cultural centre for cultural performances. Dinner and over night at Tesh hotel Namugongo
Day 2: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National park. You will have a stopover at the Equator to take some photos. Proceed your cruise up to Igongo cultural center where you will have your cuisine from. After lunch, continue to the park where you will have an remarkable evening game drive and touring Kyambura crater lakes such as twin lakes (mirambi and katinda), Africa lake (Rutoto) and the wonder true. Day 3: Game drives and Launch cruise.
After an early morning breakfast, you will go for an early morning game drive within the park. Expect to see a number of wildlife including Buffaloes, Uganda Kob, Lions, Leopards and white colobus monkeys. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon go a launch cruise along Kazinga channel where you will get an opportunity to see a number of bird species, elephants and Hippos. You will enjoy a warm exhilarating Barbeque and camp fire in the evening at the lodge. Dinner and over night at Parkview safari lodge
Day 4: Chimp trekking and cultural encounters
After breakfast go for the most popular activity in this park which is Chimpanzee tracking. Chimpanzees are man’s closet cousins though they are one of the most threatened primate’s species. More primates like Black and white Columbus monkeys, L’Hoest Monkeys, Grey cheecked Mangabey, Red tailed monkeys, bush babies, pottos and many bird species like the yellow spotted nicator, rumped tinker bird, Little greenbul, green breasted pitta, the crowned eagle, black bee eater and mammals like Elephants can be seen in this walk. Come back for lunch at the lodge. In the evening prepare yourself for cultural encounters where you will visit the katara women group to see how they make crafts and stoves among others! Day 5: Transfer to kampala
After breakfast, you will be driven back to Kampala then to Entebbe international airport to catch up your flight. You may buy souvenirs for your friends and family from cultural village before departure.
